The Refund and Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can't offer you a refund or exchange.
I only offer refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged items, not change of mind. If you need a refund or exchange, send me an email to email@example.com, along with your order details and photos of the item(s) in question. From there I can determine if you are eligible for a refund or exchange and notifiy you accordingly.
Once you have been approved for a full or partial refund, a credit for that amount will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Upon approval for an exchange, you may exchange for another of the same item(s) or an item of equal value. Just let me know which you would prefer.
